Bin Shui is a research scientist with PNNL and the Joint Global Change Research Institute. She is trained in energy and environmental policy, and her work focuses on energy consumption and the related environmental impacts of household consumption, market transformation of energy efficiency, climate change policy, and energy security.Dr. Shui received a B.Eng in systems engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and an MS and PhD in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
