He also works on building energy simulations and ventilation studies including application of Computational Fluid Dynamics. He has successfully supervised over 40 PhD candidates as Chief Supervisor at PolyU and several universities in U.K. and China where he is invited as Visiting Professor.He is the Founding President of the Hong Kong Chapter, Society of Fire Protection Engineers; and President of the Asia-Oceania Association for Fire Science and Technology.Expertise: Fire Safety Engineering
