Ms. Atkinson has more than 30 years of experience in the field of energy efficiency. At LBNL, Ms. Atkinson performs policy and technology analysis for lighting and appliances, studying the impacts of both energy efficiency standards and non-regulatory programs. As a consultant, she has advised international government agencies on lighting policy and performed monitoring and evaluation of lighting efficiency projects in Latin America.
