Lynn Price is a Senior Staff Scientist and Leader of the China Energy Group of the Energy Analysis and Environmental Impacts Division, Energy Technologies Area of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Ms. Price has a MS in Environmental Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has worked at LBNL since 1990. Ms. Price has been a member of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, which won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2007, since 1994 and was an author on the industrial sector chapter of IPCC’s Fourth and Fifth Assessment Reports on Mitigation of Climate Change. Since 1999, Ms. Price has provided technical assistance to the Energy Foundation China Program related to international experience with industrial sector energy efficiency policies. Ms. Price has provided technical and policy-making assistance related to energy efficiency and emissions reductions on a variety of projects since 1990 for the U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. State Department, the World Bank, United Nations Development Program, the U.S. Agency for International Development, Energy Foundation China, California Energy Commission, and the California Air Resources Board.
