Prof. Long Weiding graduated from Tsinghua University in 1970, and received his Master’s degree from Tongji University in 1983. Research fields include: building energy efficiency, HVAC, building energy management, intelligent buildings, facility management and green building technology, national and/or local standard and code compilation. He has participated in a number of national, local, and international cooperative research projects, and also provided advice for more than one hundred key engineering projects. About two hundred papers, nearly 10 monograph books and translation books as well have been published. A recently published monograph is “Community Energy Planning for Built Environment in Low Carbon Cities.”
