Ling Xiong is a lecturer from Wuhan University in China, and a research fellow of the center for Climate change, energy and environment research of Wuhan University. He is one of the leading researchers and designers of Hubei pilot carbon trading system in China. Dr. Xiong got his PH.D in Economics at Wuhan University in 2009.His research focuses on Carbon market Mechanism, Industrial Energy Efficiency, international trade and climate change.
