Dr. Max Zhang is an associate professor at Sibley School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Cornell University. His research activities focus on interactions of power, building, transportation and environmental systems, which have led to several legislations on demand response programs and electric vehicles in New York. He has also developed energy roadmaps for a number of local communities. Dr. Zhang received his PhD degree from University of California-Davis in 2004.
