Jingjing Zhang is a PhD student at Department of Environmental and Energy Systems Studies in Lund University, Sweden. Her research broadly covers energy technology innovation and sustainable transition in China and Europe, in particular building energy efficiency and renewable energy integration in relevant to the challenges of urbanization. During her stay with the China Energy Group between January-July 2014, she will be continuously working on these subjects, and bring about innovative policy design to curb climate change and environmental degradation issues in China. Prior to the PhD program, Jingjing has worked two years as an environmental consultant at Zhejiang University (2008-2010) and received MS in Environmental Management from Xiamen University and University of San Francisco in 2008.
