Procurement Outreach: Customer Advocate Program

Come meet the members of LBNL's Procurement Department who will present information and progress results from their change initiatives in an effort to more closely collaborate with and support EETD.

Procurement has launched a new customer advocacy program, focusing on the pre-emptive engagement with customers to plan for future purchases. The customer focused program aims to engage our "champion advocates" to work in partnership with our customers to predict and strategically plan for their upcoming needs.

This seminar will provide valuable information for both Research and Administrative personnel who frequently interact with Procurement.
