The Apollo Alliance is an ambitious plan that promotes the advancement of renewable energy and energy efficiency to drive investments into modern energy technologies and public infrastructure, create high quality jobs, revitalize underserved communities, and reduce dependence on foreign oil. Coalition members include labor unions, environmentalists, social justice groups and businesses. This talk will focus on policy and project initiatives at the regional level in Oakland and Los Angeles; statewide, and at the national level.
