Workers constructing the Facility for Low-Energy Experiments in Buildings (FLEXLAB®) at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory have installed the steel foundation for the rotating testbed. When completed, users of the rotating testbed will be able to measure the performance of energy-saving building technologies at different solar orientations.
