The focus of this Initiative is on measures that lower energy bills while yielding insurance loss-prevention benefits such as reduced risk of property, health, or liability claims. Some strategies also provide insurance value by reducing energy-related pollution and greenhouse-gas emissions. These "no-regrets" measures stand to financially benefit insurance companies and their customers.
