On April 20-22, 1999, the Department of Energy (DOE) conducted a review of the Heat Island Program (HIP) at LBNL. The Heat Island Program is jointly funded by the U.S. DOE (Program Manager: Mark Decot) and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) (Program Managers: Virginia Gorsevski and Jeanne Briskin). This material summarizes our efforts in wholesale technology transfer and the development of standards.
