ProForm: A Tool for Pre-Feasibility Analysis of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Projects

Demand for increased electricity supplies in developing countries, combined with ever-mounting concerns about the environmental consequences of traditional electricity generation technologies, is leading to a growing interest in clean energy project development. ProForm is a simple, transparent spreadsheet model that can be used for the integrated, pre-feasibility financial and environmental emissions analysis of clean energy projects. LBNL offers the ProForm model at no cost to users. Training and custom software development may also be available as funding permits.
