Electricity Markets and Policy > Staff > Anna Rosa Anna Rosa is a visiting research fellow from the Univerista' degli Studi di Brescia in Italy where she works on wind energy economics and policies. Anna is collaborating with the Electricity Markets and Policy Group on projects related to wind energy costs and performance. Previously, Anna also collaborated with UC Davis and the California Wind Energy Collaborative on a feasibility study of a wind energy project to be sited at a manufacturing plant. Anna has a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a masters degree in Economic and Management Engineering, and is currently a PhD student in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, all at the University in Brescia.
