Electricity Markets and Policy > Staff > Judy Lai Judy Lai is a senior research associate and a recent addition to the Electricity Markets and Policy group, and will primarily be assisting with GIS analysis. Prior to joining EMP, Judy was on staff with the Commercial Buildings group where she had been responsible for building related 3-D computer modeling projects, performing Radiance lighting simulations, and providing software support. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.A. of Architecture.
