Electricity Markets and Policy > Staff > Elizabeth Stuart Elizabeth Stuart, a Staff Research Associate in the Electricity Markets and Policy Group at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, conducts research on issues related to energy efficiency and demand response. Prior to joining LBNL in June of 2009, Elizabeth did work for Environmental Defense Fund's Climate Corps corporate energy efficiency program and the City of Berkeley's Berkeley FIRST solar financing program. Previously, Elizabeth garnered over 13 years experience as a project manager in the entertainment software industry. Elizabeth holds a bachelor's degree in Radio-TV-Film from University of Arizona, and an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio School of Management in San Francisco.
