Electricity Markets and Policy > Staff > Nancy Lewis Nancy Lewis is the project manager for the Consortium for Electric Reliability Technology Solutions (CERTS). She manages the day-to-day administrative functions of the CERTS program office; including project tracking and reporting to CERTS sponsors (Department of Energy and California Energy Commission), and budget tracking and analysis. Prior to joining the laboratory in 1994, Lewis owned an events management business.
