NEWUS Combustion Program Forum: On Monday from from 5:40 to 6:40 PM in Jewett B there will be a special session for US Combustion Program managers to discuss their research programs.

    Manuscript Preparation

    Papers of at least 5 pages are due in both electronic and paper form by March 23, 2001. Manuscript preparation instructions will be sent to all authors with the acceptance notification and can be downloaded from this site.

    All registrants will receive a book of abstracts at the meeting; a CD ROM with all papers will be sent afterwards.

    Information for Presenters

    Contributed Podium Presentations: Each presentation is scheduled for a total of 20 minutes, please allow at least 5 minutes for discussion. Each of the session rooms will be equipped with an overhead projector and screen.  Any other audiovisual equipment (such as a VCR, laptop PC and PC projector) are the responsibility of the presenter.

    Poster Presentations: Each poster will be allocated a 4 ft by 4 ft area (two poster papers will share a 4 ft by 8 ft board).  The boards accept push-pins or Velcro strips. 

    Posters Set-up: 10:30AM - 1:15 PM,  Tuesday 3/27
    East Exhibition Hall closed: 1:15 - 3:30 PM
    Poster Paper Presentation/Reception 3:30 - 6:30 PM
    Tear Down: 6:30 PM, Tuesday March 27
    Technical Program Committee: Don Lucas, WSSCI/Program Chair (Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory), is chairing the Technical Program Committee for this meeting, with assistance from John Daily (University of Colorado), Janet Ellzey (University of Texas), and Derek Dunn-Rankin (University of California, Irvine).
