Andrew Satchwell is a Senior Research Associate in the Electricity Markets and Policy Group at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. He conducts research and provides policy analysis on electric industry issues, including energy efficiency and demand response. Most recently Andy has been working on analysis of market and industry trends in the energy services company (ESCO) industry and research into energy efficiency financial incentive mechanisms. He previously worked as a utility analyst with the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor, where he served as an expert economics and policy witness on behalf of ratepayers. Andy received a B.A. in 2005 from the University of Pittsburgh in Political Science and a M.A. in 2008 from Indiana University in West European Studies.
