Electricity Markets and Policy > Staff > Carla Peterman Carla Peterman is a graduate student researcher with the division and a doctoral student in the Energy and Resources Group, University of California Berkeley. Carla's primary research interests are renewable energy technology innovation and climate change mitigation policy. Her dissertation research focuses on non-solar panel price drivers for U.S. residential solar power systems. At LBNL, Carla researches solar PV markets and the impact of renewable subsidy programs on PV deployment and cost. Carla holds a Msc. in Environmental Change and Management and a Masters' of Business Administration from Oxford University where she studied as a Rhodes Scholar. She also has a B.A. in History from Howard University.
